Insights tries to run agents in rogue folders

I wanted to generate some insights but with any agent I select get errors (see screenshot).

Also after ca 30 seconds permission prompts start to pop up (ca a dozen) that agentsview wants to access various files on my Mac.

It looks like agentsview tries to launch agents from "bad" folders or itself tries to access from "bad" folders where by "bad" I mean irrelevant, not part of any of the projects where the sessions ran.

Is this a bug or am I holding it wrong?

Actually Gemini did produce a result after a while. The other two (Claude and Codex) failed.

The "run any prompt" mode evidently needs more context engineering to work properly for people. The claude / codex failures look like bugs and I just haven't tried running these insights from within the Tauri app (I think that is the problem)

With Gemini I still see errors in the log of it trying to access unreadable directories like /Library/Bluetooth (see screenshot).

Another thing is that the width of the agent log is very small. Should be full-width in the sidebar. Or move to the main area so that I can see what's going on better if I click on an in-progress agent report generation. I guess once it works reliably maybe no-one would care about what's going on. Could also be hidden by default and only if the user clicks on "log" show it.

Reopening so I can improve Gemini’s behavior. I’ll see if I can expose the insights logs on the full screen also
