Make it easier to grok and use insights

For me the sessions overview and usage is pretty intuitive - I was able to grok it without opening the docs.

For insights not so much so I wanted to share my experience with it and some ideas how it might be possible to make it easier to grok and use insights.

At first I didn't understand what it is at all. Then I was confused by the left sidebar being for generation, not for filtering as it is in the sessions view.

Now that I have ~ 10 insights I find it hard to find something interesting I read in one last week and wish I had an "insights overview" landing page similar to the session insights overview page. Being able to star and rename insights would help a lot.

I still find the three options "Daily Activity" and "Date Range Activity" and "Agent Analysis" confusing since they seem to treat two dimensions (date/session selection and agent/human/whatever focus selection) in one. So another idea would be to have a "landing page" with a small graphic how it works or a link to the docs page in this case if it can't be fully-intuitive.

I'm excited about insights because yesterday I got my first two good ones with suggestions how I can use agents better and how to configure them to work better for me, so I want to use this a lot to inspect and adapt starting now.

I think that this page is nuanced enough that pointing people to https://www.agentsview.io/insights/ is going to be needed so they can understand more what is going on. I think that there can also be more of an explanation / introduction presented when you click on Insights from the sessions view, as well as modifying the UI somewhat or adding tooltips for clarity (or ? icons that display help).

Only so many hours in a day so I'll have one of my agents work on it when I have the opportunity.
