What changed
Why
The previous Beta Gate required host identity on every platform even where the adapter correctly requires explicit sessions. That made honest platform evidence impossible and blocked a reproducible 0.4.0 release.
Impact
Explicit-session evidence can now satisfy the release gate without granting host identity trust. Clear requirements continue directly, while decision-changing ambiguity pauses for focused clarification.
