About Me

I'm a systems administrator, automation builder, and infrastructure-focused problem solver with a deep interest in AI-assisted development, reliability, and self-hosted systems.

I design, deploy, and maintain real-world environments — from single-node servers to multi-service homelabs and hybrid cloud infrastructure. My work is hands-on and production-oriented.

What I focus on:

  • Linux system administration and hardening
  • Containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Automation-first workflows
  • Networking, reverse proxies, DNS, tunnels, VPNs, and access control
  • Hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure

I care about systems that run reliably at 3am, not just code that looks good in a repo.

How I use AI: Not as a replacement for understanding — as a force multiplier. I use AI to accelerate refactors, reduce boilerplate, improve clarity, and explore alternatives once a solution already works. The goal is always maintainable, readable, deployable code.

Most of my projects involve:

  • Infrastructure tooling and automation scripts
  • Self-hosted services and internal dashboards
  • Security-conscious configuration and deployment patterns

Some repositories are private — not because they're secret, but because they're production systems, internal tools, or evolving experiments.

AI Usage Disclaimer

My approach is simple: write correct, working code first — then use AI to refactor, improve structure, and reduce friction.

Yes, some of my code is AI-assisted. No, it isn't AI-dependent.

Understanding comes first. Automation comes second.
