   The newly added sidebar changelog entry points to https://www.windmill.dev/changelog/ce-workspace-storage-quota, which currently returns HTTP 404. Existing neighboring changelog links resolve successfully, so clicking this new “Latest changelogs” item would take users to a broken page.

Test coverage

Frontend static changelog data only; no automated tests expected. Manual verification before merge should open the app sidebar Help changelog menu and click the new top entry, confirming it loads the intended changelog page instead of a 404.
