Added a new currency: Vietnamese Dong (VND). I also modified how the price data are parsed since the decimal and thousand separator for Vietnamese are as follows:
Decimal: , (comma)
Thousand: . (dot)
Example: 123.456,78
The old parsing code could not deal with multiple dots in a number.
