Two updates:

1. Icon visibility: Switched the webring icon from webring.white.svg to webring.black.svg so it is visible on the light-background footer. Will be live once the next deploy of nutchanon.org lands.

2. RSS feed: Added a feed at https://nutchanon.org/rss.xml and pushed an update to this PR to include data-feed="https://nutchanon.org/rss.xml". Also live once the deploy lands.
