The Emoji section header used the outline face.smiling (filled in dark, outline in light). Switched to face.smiling.fill so it's filled in both modes, matching the other section icons (bolt.fill, photo.fill).

Refs W-447

face.smiling → face.smiling.fill so the Emoji section header is filled in
both light and dark, matching the other section icons.

Trivial, correct one-line SF Symbol change (face.smilingface.smiling.fill), verified to match the existing filled-icon convention used by sibling section headers (bolt.fill, photo.fill). No further review signal to add.
