Updating overview of the AI Gateway

Description: The current overview of the AI Gateway has two problems

1. It puts LLM templates first. LLM providers are the ones that is most important for new users to understand.
2. It doesn't highlight the LLM provider and App LLM Proxy differentiation and use case well enough.

This PR is for fixing the above 2 issues.
