Fix a serialization issue on tfrecord, add some adaptability to plot script.

Hi! I really appreciate your project, helped a lot! I fixed some little parts along my work with this repo. Hopefully this can help the others.

• run_model: raw data seems to be byte array, don't need to serialize again
• requirements.txt: if use as it was, there would be dependency issues due to the installation sequence
• plot_deform: add some adaptability in cmdline calls.
