Elide dependency on the gloo crate for the wasm target (in relation to its [likely upcoming archival](ranile/gloo#506).

Not sure it's necessary. gloo is not archived but has the ownership transfered to ranile who ranile was seen active a month ago merging some commits. The referred to Yew issue is resolved too. |
