fix(types): update stake_amount type to number or unlimited

Changed the type of stake_amount in BacktestPayload to allow both number and 'unlimited'. Adjusted BacktestRun.vue string conversion accordingly to avoid type mismatch. Fixed TS issues in TradeReasoning.vue where primevue Tabs expected a value.
