Avoid a forbidden forged page deletion ajax request to succeed.
Clicking the arrow preceding a page title in the page list displays the table of content for that page. A second click hides the table of content. Table of content items are derived from markdown headers. Each item is a link to the corresponding section within the page.

this upgrades jquery to 4.0.0 and introduces wiki pages table of content.
