I’m an applied ML engineer and tech lead who’s spent the past several years building intelligent systems that actually ship.
Most recently, I was a Tech Lead at Meta Reality Labs, leading the personalization and agent memory systems. Before that, I led machine learning at Forethought AI (later acquired by Zendesk), where we built AI for customer support at scale.
Earlier in my career, I worked on Siri at Apple as an Applied Machine Learning Scientist, and started out as a software engineer at Microsoft.
I also teach as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington, where I focus on applied machine learning and real-world systems.
