dSPACE Hardware Communications

This a project containing programs for performing closed loop jet control experiments. The real-time control board used for physical experiments is a dSPACE MicroLabBox. Communication with dSPACE board is perfomed through the XIL API package (see comms folder for programs). A separate PC connected to a high frequency DAQ is used for multiple spatial measurements separate from dSPACE board.

The control programs are made in Simulink and built using the dSPACE RTI framework. The .sdf file using for in-time control applications is referenced in a .xml file under 'MAPort Files'.

The paths of variables referenced for in-time adjustments in control experiments is given in the variable dictionary folder in "lib"
