I got version 1.21.7 from https://github.com/tricrotism and simply updated it. I don't know how to work with fabric, only with spigot, but I use this mod quite a bit, and I wanted to play on 1.21.10 for other reasons, so don't worry too much about the code, but I guarantee it works.
