Added a composer.json file and a .gitignore so that it is possible to pull the latest version (v2) of this plugin in via composer. This is because v2 isn't yet available on the WordPress plugin repo (the latest version is 1.0.3) and therefore, isn't accessible using wpackagist.
The only thing that needs amending is a correct email for Nate as I wasn't able to find one.
