My Appointments:

Status: initiated, approved, completed, refused, canceled, missed

Operations allowed here:

• Cancel an appointment
• Modify an appointment (re-apply for an appointment)

• Search by teacher’s name - use contain-exact matching
• Search by time available - use my available times
