Updated in commit e9de296 — I removed the incorrect “and description” wording and now only mention adding the podcast via the Podcast Index add page.

Podcaster documentation still directed users to hoster/API-based feed submission for Podcast Index. This updates the guidance to reflect the current self-service flow where creators can add their feed and description directly on Podcast Index.
