Document and implement ORDER_164/165 for dynamic source version lineage, unchanged observation ledgers, and summary invalidation bookkeeping. Keep same-content source checks from creating duplicate RawSource graph nodes, export the new ledgers as Vessel support records, and extend graph fast-test coverage.

Summary
This PR integrates the current SongRyeon Core graph-memory/Vessel baseline:
Verification
python -m pytest-> 279 passedpython main.py smoke-test-> SMOKE_TEST_OKpython main.py fast-test --profile graph-> 148 passedgit diff --check-> passedNotes
This is still an experimental local-first runtime path. R traversal is available through CLI/Vessel commands and is not yet fully wired into the normal live chat answer route.
