Summary

  • move the Lume macOS contract dry-run job to GitHub-hosted runners so it no longer waits on unavailable personal/macOS runner capacity
  • keep the manifest render, lifecycle dry-run, and shell syntax checks intact
  • update workflow tests for the hosted Lume contract placement

Validation

  • corepack pnpm test
  • corepack pnpm build

Context

The first follow-up PR fixed release/security runner placement and merged, but the PR CI still had lume macos contract queued because it required self-hosted macOS/Xcode capacity. The Lume contract is a dry-run/render/shell-syntax check, so it should be hosted rather than blocked behind Hermes/macOS availability.
