The first follow-up PR fixed release/security runner placement and merged, but the PR CI still had
lume macos contractqueued because it required self-hosted macOS/Xcode capacity. The Lume contract is a dry-run/render/shell-syntax check, so it should be hosted rather than blocked behind Hermes/macOS availability.
