In the last run [1], it appears the workflow has worked but failed to ping the PR author (the variable wasn't expanded as documented in one of the wikis/blogs). This attempts to fix that. cc @nvazquez @weizhouapache @Pearl1594 - hope this helps with RM activities, and mundane tasks are automated.
