feat: support swarm console install

Summary

• expose console-orchestrator compose|swarm for command=install-console
• pass Compose project and Swarm stack/init/advertise options to the release installer
• keep existing deploy and preview cleanup behavior unchanged

Verification

• bash -n scripts/install-appaloft.sh scripts/run-deploy.sh scripts/resolve-control-plane.sh
• dry-run command=install-console smoke with console-orchestrator=swarm
