Problem
The repo still relied on Prettier for repo formatting checks and the Astro site formatter workflow.
Solution
Replace the site formatting surface with Biome, remove the obsolete Prettier configs and site dependencies, switch the Nix shell to provide Biome, and update the justfile and quality workflow to use the Biome-backed site format check instead of the old Prettier jobs.
