Adds Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to accounting integrations UI and docs, including setup notes and platform key.

• Accounting integrations UI:
  • Add Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations entry to accountingIntegrations in src/components/Integrations/integrations.js pointing to /integrations/accounting/dynamics365financeoperations/overview with Premium tag.
• Docs:
  • Update docs/integrations/accounting/overview.md to include Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in the setup table with Azure requirement and Spend Insights-only note.
  • Add platform key rqwd for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in the platform keys table.
