Switch the dlio patch to include nanoflann from vcpkg and update adaptor types for nanoflann 1.7.1 compatibility. Also make the malloc include macOS-safe so CI builds no longer fail on missing malloc.h.
Correct malformed hunk context in dlio.patch introduced in the prior change so setup_pipelines.sh can apply the patch cleanly in CI. This unblocks all jobs before CMake configuration (including the catkin detection path).
This reverts commit 7e4387f.
