Fix documentation contradictions and add missing SchemaException helper methods

Documentation audit revealed incorrect parameter names, references to non-existent methods, and improper API usage patterns.

• Code generation methods: Changed version: to schemaVersion: parameter in fromClass(), fromEnum(), and fromClosure() examples
• Error handling: Removed all references to non-existent getFailedValue() method, updated examples to use actual API
• Method chaining: Fixed additionalProperties() usage in union.mdx - moved from inside properties() to method chain

Code Additions

Added missing helper methods to SchemaException:

// Get property path without leading slash
$e->getProperty();  // Returns 'email' instead of '/email'

// Get full property path  
$e->getPropertyPath();  // Returns '/email'

// Detailed errors still available
$e->getErrors();  // Returns ['/email' => 'Invalid format']

These methods extract the first failed property from the existing getErrors() array, making error handling more ergonomic without changing validation behavior.
