- print_version - Prints the current general version ID. Used for internal tracking.
- haste_buff - Acts as haste, and not attack speed. Multiplicative with all other haste effects, applied to self.true_haste_mod which includes things like Bloodlust.
- major_cd_delay - Used to alter CD usage like the AR+SB delay for combat, or ShD for Sub. Works for all specs, but spec application varies.
- feint_interval - Consumes energy to "expend" on Feint. Factored in at the same time as energy gained/lost with things like the BElf racial.
- hat_triggers_per_second - Override default value. Default to 5 (HAT ends up with 2.2s interval).
- max_pool_reduct - Only applies to Sub currently. Can change the amount of energy to pool to before ShD.
