devantler-tech/world-at-ruinwas bootstrapped imperatively today (org custom-property requirement — the one-time approved pattern); it must join the declarative org config so its settings, labels, and team access are managed like every other repo.What
Adds the Repository CR (Observe-adopts the existing repo, public pinned, no Delete), the IssueLabels CR (canonical taxonomy via the shared patch), and maintainers/admins TeamRepository grants.
