Description

This is the merger of the different work in expanding the trajectory planners' functionality. This PR contains an increased number of test scenario which demonstrate overtaking. Many of the modules have been updated to enable within and cross-lane overtaking.

Type of Change

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Refactor (non-breaking change for code readability/structure)

How Has This Been Tested?

The changes have been tested with the existing and new scenarios.
