Next release candidate — bumps the seven crates to 0.3.0-rc.4. Cut to validate the versioned-docs pipeline end to end: the docs-version job publishing gh-pages /v0.3.0-rc.4/ and the release notes' version-pinned doc links resolving. CHANGELOG stays under [Unreleased]. Co-developed-by: Claude Code v2.1.201 (claude-opus-4-8)
