Add Shotlingo — App Store screenshot localization tool

Adding Shotlingo to both the App Store Optimization and Localization sections, since it sits at the intersection of both.

What it is: Web-based tool that localizes App Store and Google Play screenshots to 40+ languages with AI. Handles text expansion per language, RTL mirroring (Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu), platform-appropriate fonts (Noto Sans JP, SF Arabic, etc.), and App Store Connect locale codes. Exports ready-to-upload bundles.

Why two sections:

• ASO section — complementary to other screenshot builders already listed (AppLaunchpad, AppScreens, Pika, PlaceIt, Promotee). Shotlingo's differentiator is built-in localization.
• Localization section — unlike the string-file tools there (Applanga, Crowdin, Lokalise, etc.), Shotlingo handles the screenshot layer of localization, which is currently missing from the list.
