Controller Axis

Lenart Bezek edited this page Jul 13, 2016 · 4 revisions

Controller axis allows you to use your joystick or controller as input.

Example

Tuning is done by dragging the graph to set the offset and adjusting the sliders and toggles. Best practice is to always tune the axis so that you can reach the full range (from -1 to 1) of it's values.

Controller axes are bound to specific devices. Input from different controllers is completely separate and will require you to define new axes for new devices.

Is your controller not recognized properly? Are axis or button names incorrect? Submit your controller mappings here: http://goo.gl/forms/xoFDYdI4exNNWGVt2

Tips:

  • Slider text fields can be edited by typing in a value.
