Keep the workspace Go version in sync

With this module now requiring Go 1.25.0, the root go.work still says go 1.24.0, so any Go command run in the workspace fails before compiling; I verified cd apps/server && go test ./... exits with module . listed in go.work file requires go >= 1.25.0, but go.work lists go 1.24.0. Please update go.work alongside this change so the server can be built/tested from the repo workspace.
