The description here says that 2021 but it should be 2020. Please double check. |

Ah, I thought the request was just for 5+ years. Hui is definitely interested in getting the 2021 data sooner rather than later, so I will put this through for now and start up backfilling for 2020 |

This migration (together with #208) completes the backfill process for Masabi data (except for some remaining clean-up and stopping backfill jobs which will happen in a future PR), letting analysts query back to 2021-01-01.
This migration backs up current data to
MASABI_TEMP, without deleting current data.
