This migration (together with #207) completes the backfill process for Masabi data (except for some remaining clean-up and stopping backfill jobs which will happen in a future PR), letting analysts query back to 2021-01-01.
This migration moves backfilled data from
MASABI_BACKFILLtoMASABI_DATA.MASABI_TEMPwill contain the backup in case we need to roll things back.
