Version bump 0.8.0 → 0.9.0. Sole change since v0.8.0: #86 detail-aware input cap (PR #89, operator eye-gated).
Minor (not patch) deliberately: it is a behavior change, and the svgsmith-x402 API pins
<0.9.0precisely so this is adopted by an explicit pin bump, not silent image-rebuild drift.Release steps after merge: tag v0.9.0 → build sdist/wheel → operator runs twine upload → API pin bump + 4Gi redeploy (Phase 2).
