perf(sdk): cursor pagination for request identifier metadata

Summary

• Switch fetchAllRequestIdentifierMetadata from offset to cursor-based pagination and raise the page size, cutting GraphQL round-trips on large requests.

Context

Split out of #12 (WAL-8709) as an independent change — touches only the GraphQL metadata path (fetchAllRequestIdentifierMetadata + its query), used by removeUnverifiedRequestIdentifiers.
