Add a screencapture or something showing the config changes didn't break anything with regard to driving in sim.

Config changes don't mess with driving in sim. Ran command:
```
ros2 topic pub /ackermann_steering_controller/reference geometry_msgs/msg/TwistStamped "{header: {stamp: {sec: $(date +%s), nanosec: $(date +%N)}, frame_id: ‘base_link'}, twist: {linear: {x: 1.0, y: 0.0, z: 0.0}, angular: {x: 0.0, y: 0.0, z: 0.0}}}"
```
