PR Summary
Extends the retention period for actor logs from 3 to 14 days through ClickHouse TTL modifications in the pegboard service.
- Added migration
packages/edge/services/pegboard/db/actor-log/migrations/20250604123912_increase_ttl.up.sqlto extend TTL to 14 days - Included corresponding down migration to revert TTL back to 3 days if needed
- Change affects storage requirements but improves historical data visibility
